Attitude: We came for an antibody test. I’ve been busy lately, so we arrived at 8 PM, and someone was still there to receive us. They were still working hard even near Chinese New Year — I was really touched~ Dr. Shi took care of our little cat Xiao Bai, and she was incredibly gentle and thoughtful . Xiao Bai got stressed and urinated on the way here. I felt a bit disgusted when opening the cage, but Dr. Shi comforted her gently. Even when Xiao Bai tried to scratch her, Dr. Shi remained calm and kind, treating her like her own child. Absolutely top-tier service! 

The clinic has separate areas for cats and dogs, with two separate entrances. This greatly reduces the chance of cats getting stressed — the design is very pet-friendly. The environment is great, the consultation rooms are clean and tidy, and there are paintings of the doctors’ own pets. They also care for stray animals, which shows so much heart 🧡
