Service Attitude: Excellent service. The staff answer every question patiently, including daily pet care guidance. You can tell all the doctors truly love animals from how affectionate they are with the dogs.
Environment & Facilities: There are clean lawns at the back and on the second floor where dogs can run freely. The whole hospital is clean and tidy, even people with a slight obsession with cleanliness will feel very comfortable.
Charges: The pricing is very reasonable. It’s my first time visiting this pet hospital. Parking is very convenient near the Foreigner Street next door, with 3 hours of free parking vouchers provided. My dog passed the physical examination and also got a rabies vaccine. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied.
